About The Trainers
Sarah Hamilton
ESTHETIC NURSE | NATIONAL TRAINER | FOUNDER
Sarah is a nationally renowned medical aesthetic provider with over 19 years of experience as an expert injector, trainer, and speaker for Allergan Aesthetics and Galderma. Her award-winning clinics are continuously in the TOP 1% of Cosmetic Injectable Practices in the nation. Sarah has trained over 100 physicians and nurses around the country in advanced injectable techniques and has created her own training program and center for this service, as well as laser skin treatments.
Brittany Rayson
AESTHETIC NURSE Brittany is an Aesthetic Nurse with over 18 years of experience in the industry focusing on cosmetic laser treatments, Botox®, Dysport®, and dermal fillers, and PRP injections. Trained by inventor Charles Runels, Brittany utilizes proven techniques in her delivery of procedures including the Blood Facial, Breast Lift, O-Shot and Hair Restoration. She is a leader in the field of cosmetic laser technology and is a highly sought-after laser trainer providing hands-on training to nurses, PA’s and physicians across the country.
Ashley Stepp
REGISTERED NURSE | AESTHETIC REGISTERED NURSE
Ashley has been an Aesthetic Registered Nurse since 2009, working exclusively in the field of Cosmetic Nursing and Facial Aesthetics, including clinical and operating room, where she was the head nurse. Ashley specializes in natural-looking cosmetic injectables such as Botox®, Dysport®, Juvederm®, and Kybella®, as well as laser
treatments and hair restoration.
Kristi Basler
OPERATIONS MANAGER Kristi comes to us with 10 years of beauty, skincare, management and event experience. She has been extensively trained by the top brands in the beauty industry, and recently transitioned from Tom Ford Beauty to join us at FACE. She loves doing makeup for photo shoots, events, weddings, and in-home lessons. Her passion is making women feel beautiful. Outside of work you can find Kristi with her family, cooking something organic, watering her plants, reading, listening to her favorite podcasts, and enjoying nature. Kristi loves all things FACE and cannot wait to meet you!

Interested in becoming a medical aesthetic injector? Looking to build upon your injection experience?
Sarah Hamilton FACE is excited to provide an extensive training course that teaches participants how to perform injectables effectively and safely while producing natural-looking, transformative results. This comprehensive 6-hour aesthetic injectable training course provides participants with a small group training for all levels of
injectable experience.
The Botox® and dermal filler training course is designed as a full-day course for Physicians (MD & DO), Physician Assistants (PA), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP), and Registered Nurses (RN). The course begins with a didactic training session, followed by live-action Botox® and dermal filler procedure training.
Injectable Training
PERSONALIZED ATTENTION
This intimate course setting allows Sarah and her team to spend individualized time with each attendee.
Attendees will learn the pearls gained from the instructor’s extensive experience and share their expertise.
DIDACTIC TRAINING
The Botox® and dermal filler training course begins with an hour of didactics discussion followed by live injections. Our course covers:
- Review of facial anatomy
- Proper injection techniques
- Best practices for injecting safely – product selection, pre/post care instructions
During this time, we will discuss and teach the fundamentals of performing injections with neuromodulators for the glabellar region (frown lines, nasal wrinkles), frontalis (horizontal forehead lines), bunny lines, crow’s feet area, and brow lift procedures. You will learn the fundamentals of performing injections with dermal fillers for lip enhancement, chin area, marionette lines (corner of the mouth), nasolabial folds (smile lines and/or laugh lines), and midface volumization (cheek enhancement).
OBSERVANCE TRAINING
After the didactic training, you will gain extensive knowledge and real-life experience with clinical training. The instructors will perform client consultations, come up with treatment plans and perform injections. This includes meeting with the model, going over history and consent forms, conducting a skin analysis while understanding what outcome the model desires.
From there, the instructor will determine the appropriate type and amount of product to be injected.
The products available during the training session are Botox® Cosmetic, Juvederm® products (including Ultra®, Ultra Plus®, Voluma®, Vollure® & Volbella®) and Restylane® products (Restylane, Lyft, Refyne & Defyne, Kysse,
Contour).
The product used will be dependent upon the needs and desired outcome of the model. During this time, we will discuss the strengths and performance of each product to determine the best treatment option.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Discuss the goals of aesthetic procedures
- Understand facial anatomy in reference to injectable procedures including facial muscles and understanding the layers of the skin
- Discuss the proper preparation and reconstitution techniques for Botox/Dysport
- Examine Botox/Dysport dosage and injection techniques for the glabellar region, frontalis, bunny lines, crow’s feet area, and brow lift procedures
- Understand the use and role of dermal fillers
- Analyze the hyaluronic acid classification methods, common areas of use and depth of injection for hyaluronic acid dermal fillers
- Understand common complications that may occur with Botulinum Toxin-A and/or dermal filler injections and how to manage these complications with proper safety protocols
- Learn to explain pre-care, post care, risks, and side-effects to create a comprehensive treatment plan
- Establish and exhibit successful skills in performing live model consultations
